    Managing Director

    Sweetness Khomba is the Founder and Managing Director of Sweetness Consultancy, with over 20 years of experience in accounting and taxation. A Chartered Business Accountant in Practice and registered Tax Practitioner, she has led the firm since 2009 and is a member of SAIBA, CIBA, and SAIT. She holds two degrees in Accounting and Management and brings deep technical expertise and disciplined leadership to every client engagement.

     
     

    Information management and Data Specialist

    Tlotlo Molekane is a multidisciplinary Information Management professional with over five years of experience in reporting, data coordination, and stakeholder support across call centre, education, and consultancy environments. Skilled in SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel, with a strong foundation in database design, trend analysis, and SOP documentation. Proven ability to deliver accurate, actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
